-Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
-Check-in after 4:00 pm, Check-out before 11:00 am.

​CANCELLATION POLICY
-100% refund for cancellations made 60+ days from arrival date.
-50% refund for cancellations made 30+ days from arrival.
-​NO REFUNDS for cancellations less than 30 days from arrival.
